The sort of thing a school bursar, society treasurer or finance committee asks before signing anything.

Do you charge per cast member?
No. The Cast tier is always free, and Director / Producer tiers are priced per company, not per head. A school production with 60 students costs the same as one with 6.
Can we pay annually instead of monthly?
Yes. Schools especially tend to prefer an academic-year invoice in September that runs through July. Get in touch and we'll sort it on the right billing cycle for your finance team.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Director tier starts with a free trial that runs for the duration of your first production, up to 30 days, so you can put us through a real run before paying a penny. No card required to start.
Can we cancel mid-season?
You can cancel any time. We don't lock you into a contract for a show you're no longer running. If you've paid annually, we'll pro-rata refund the unused months.
Do you invoice schools and societies, or only take cards?
Both. We can invoice with a 30-day payment window for schools, councils, charities and registered societies, with bank-transfer or BACS payment. Cards are fine for everyone else.
What happens to our data if we cancel?
Cast keep their personal accounts. Director-level uploads (scripts, audio, schedules) stay accessible for 90 days after cancellation, then are deleted. If you need a copy of your show data before cancellation, email us and we'll arrange an export by hand.
Are charity / non-profit / discounts available?
Yes - registered charities and community groups get a meaningful discount on the Director tier. Get in touch from a charity email address with your registration number.
